A beautiful mid-century style accent chair in walnut-toned wood with a cream boucle seat. Picked this up at an estate sale in Mooresville and it's been in our living room ever since. Moving to a smaller place and it just doesn't fit the new space. No stains, no tears — legs have minor scuffing from the floor but nothing visible when seated. DeWalt 20V MAX drill/driver combo with two batteries, charger, and the original hard case. Both batteries hold charge well. I've had this for about two years — used it for a deck project and some framing work, but it's been sitting in the garage since. Chuck is tight and motor is strong. Great starter set or backup kit. The carrying case has a broken latch on one side but closes fine.

Le Creuset 5.5qt round Dutch oven in Marseille blue. Interior enamel is in great shape — no crazing, no chips. There's some darkening near the base from stovetop use, which is totally normal and doesn't affect performance. Lid seals well. We upgraded to a larger size so this one doesn't get used anymore. Retails for $400+. Great starter piece for someone who wants quality without the new price.

Trek Precaliber 20" kids bike in blue/white. Great for ages 6–9 or roughly 48–60" tall. Hand brakes, 7-speed shifter, and a rear kickstand. My daughter outgrew it this summer. Tires have plenty of tread, brakes work well. The handlebar grips are a bit worn but functional. Chain was lubed last month. Great bike for learning to shift — sturdy and easy to maintain. Helmet not included.

Set of four framed botanical prints, each 8" × 10" in simple black wood frames with glass. Prints are high-quality — fern, monstera, olive branch, and eucalyptus. Hung in our guest room for two years, recently redecorated. No sun fading, glass is clean. They'd work beautifully grouped on a gallery wall or staircase. Selling as a set — I'd like them to stay together since they were designed to go with each other.

About 3 pounds of mixed LEGO bricks — classic colors, mostly standard rectangle bricks with some plates, slopes, and specialty pieces mixed in. No instruction booklets, no mini-figures. Gorgeous antique-style beveled wall mirror, 24" wide × 36" tall, in a silver-toned wood frame with subtle carved detail. The bevel adds real depth and catches light beautifully. We bought this from a small shop on Antique Row in Concord — it's been hanging in our entryway. Recently repainted and just doesn't go with the new wall color. Hanging hardware included. Needs two people to transport safely.

Healthy 5-foot ficus benjamina in a 14" terracotta pot. This tree has been a staple of our sunroom for two years — very low drama once it found its spot. New owners should expect some leaf drop as it adjusts to a new environment (totally normal for ficus), but it rebounds quickly. Watered once a week, fertilized monthly. Pot has a matching saucer. West Elm Haven sectional sofa in oatmeal-colored performance velvet. Left-arm chaise configuration, seats 4 comfortably. A few years old — one cushion has a small seam starting to go (easy fix with a few stitches or upholstery tape). We had it professionally cleaned last fall. Legs are in good shape. Originally $2,200. We're downsizing and it won't fit through the new doorway — that's the only reason it's going. Disassembly help available at pickup.

Bundle of youth soccer gear for ages 7–10: one size 4 soccer ball (still holds air well), shin guards (fits about size XS/S), and a pair of Adidas cleats in youth size 3. All used for one season with the Davidson Youth Soccer rec league. Cleats have some grass stains but good tread. Great starter kit for someone signing up for the spring season. Melissa & Doug double-sided tabletop art easel — one side is a whiteboard, the other side holds a paper roll (paper roll not included). Folds flat for storage. Light paint residue on the tray but the surfaces are clean. My daughter used it for about a year before moving on to bigger projects. Comes with the original paper clip and some dry-erase markers. Great for toddlers through early elementary. Very easy to wipe clean.
