Healthy 5-foot ficus benjamina in a 14" terracotta pot. This tree has been a staple of our sunroom for two years — very low drama once it found its spot. New owners should expect some leaf drop as it adjusts to a new environment (totally normal for ficus), but it rebounds quickly. Watered once a week, fertilized monthly. Pot has a matching saucer. Please bring help — it's heavy. Local pickup only from Lorimer Rd.
